Lauren received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgetown University, a Master of Science in Health Psychology from the University of St Andrews in Scotland, and a Master of Public Health in Nutrition from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Sara specializes in the treatment of eating disorders and provides nutrition therapy to children, adolescents and adults. Sara also works with families of loved ones with disordered eating. Sara received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition and Master of Science degree in Food and Nutrition Services from the University of Mississippi. She is a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian (CEDRD) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp).

Billie provides nutrition therapy for people with diabetes, for families with feeding or growth concerns, and for people with disordered eating. She is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (formerly known as a CDE!) and uses a weight-inclusive, HAES-informed approach to diabetes and prediabetes nutrition and self-management. Her goal is to provide individualized, evidence-based nutrition therapy for each client, promoting and strengthening self-compassion, body trust, and joy in eating.

Laura specializes in medical nutrition therapy for adults, adolescents and children with disordered eating patterns. She is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and enjoys teaming up with clients to break free of the diet cycle. Laura also assists and collaborates with families to navigate childhood feeding issues.

Jocelyn specializes in nutrition therapy for individuals affected by disordered eating patterns. Jocelyn holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Appalachian State University: one in Psychology, and a second in Nutrition & Foods. She also received a Master of Science in Nutrition degree from Meredith College.

Antonia specializes in medical nutrition therapy for people with disordered eating patterns. She served as the chair of the Eating Disorders Treatment Team at UNC Chapel Hill Campus Health Services for six years and is passionate about helping people heal their relationships with food.

Shauna also enjoys working with parents to address childhood feeding challenges and has extensive experience working with children with special needs.

She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics & Nutrition and Fitness & Health at Purdue University where she was a student athlete competing in distance events for the Purdue Women’s Cross Country and Track and Field teams.
