She is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (formerly known as a CDE!) and uses a weight-inclusive, HAES-informed approach to diabetes and prediabetes nutrition and self-management.

She is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and enjoys teaming up with clients to break free of the diet cycle.
