Kristen (she/her) specializes in individualized treatment for eating disorders of children, adolescents, and adults. Kristen received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from East Carolina University and Master of Public Health in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Kristen most recently worked at Veritas Collaborative, where she treated children and adolescents within inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization levels of care. Kristen utilizes Health at Every Size® principles when providing nutrition therapy and strives to help individuals establish positive relationships with food and their bodies. She is passionate about smashing diet culture and providing nutrition education to clients and their families. Kristen sees clients in our Durham and Chapel Hill offices and via telehealth.
