Rachel Dehmlow, RD, LDN

Rachel (she/her) specializes in nutrition therapy for children, adolescents, and adults with disordered eating and eating disorders. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Upon graduating, Rachel completed her dietetic internship at Cleveland Clinic, a global leader in patient care and research. She worked with and learned from experienced dietitians throughout multiple Cleveland Clinic sites, but discovered her true calling when completing a rotation with the Emily Program, an eating disorder treatment center in Ohio. Rachel is passionate about empowering clients and their families to rediscover a healthy relationship with eating – one that promotes listening to each individual’s unique internal cues while stamping out the stigmas that surround food. Rachel sees clients at the Chapel Hill and Raleigh offices and via telehealth.
