Molly Edwards (she/her) specializing in nutrition therapy for individuals affected by eating disorders and disordered eating. Embracing a client-centered, holistic approach, she works with adults, adolescents, and children to foster positive relationships with food and body. With a Bachelor’s in Health Communication from California State University, Channel Islands, and a Master of Public Health in Nutrition and Dietetics from UNC Chapel Hill, Molly brings a diverse background to her practice. Her experience includes Peace Corps work in Rwanda teaching maternal and child health nutrition, research on nutrition and eating disorders in incarcerated populations, and expertise in co-occurring substance use disorders. Molly is particularly passionate about PCOS and women’s hormonal health, diabetes management, intuitive eating, and promoting Health at Every Size® principles. She sees clients in Raleigh, Chapel Hill, and via telehealth, providing individualized, compassionate care tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
