Annie (she/her) specializes in nutrition therapy for individuals with eating disorders and disordered eating. She works with adults, adolescents, and children. Annie received her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition from Cal Poly located in sunny San Luis Obispo, CA. Following college, Annie completed her dietetic internship at Loyola University in Chicago, and then went on to earn her Masters of Education in Exercise Physiology at Auburn University in Auburn, AL. Annie served as the lead campus health dietitian at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill for five years. She chaired and led the university’s eating disorder treatment team for all five of these years, collaborating care with medical providers, sports medicine clinicians, and therapists to best serve and support students. Annie practices using a non-diet, weight inclusive approach, and strives to help her clients live their happiest lives diet culture free. She is passionate about partnering with clients to form peaceful and positive relationships with food, body, and exercise. Annie sees clients in our Raleigh and Chapel Hill offices and via telehealth.
