Charlotte (she/her) provides nutrition therapy for children, adolescents and adults affected by disordered eating and eating disorders. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from North Carolina State University and earned her Master of Public Health in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Charlotte has experience working in both the clinical and public health nutrition fields, as well as experience teaching nutrition and cooking classes to children and their families. Charlotte’s true passion is helping individuals heal their relationships with food and their body. She uses a Health at Every Size® aligned approach to provide individualized nutrition care, and strives to empower clients to break free from diet culture. In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys baking, knitting, and spending time with her friends and her cat. Charlotte sees clients at our Raleigh and Chapel Hill offices and via telehealth.
