PCOS

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is complex, under-diagnosed, and widely misunderstood, causing many people with this condition to feel a lot of unnecessary shame and frustration. Our team of weight inclusive, eating disorder-informed dietitians use evidence-based approaches to nutrition for PCOS management. We work with each client to find an approach to food that works best for their hormonal health and supports their relationship with food and their bodies.
