Belén Rogers is a Registered Dietitian specializing in working with children, adolescents and adults experiencing disordered eating, eating disorders, and co-occurring conditions.  Her clinical approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. Belén is particularly interested in exploring how cultural traditions and other core values influence eating behaviors and a person’s relationship with food. She works alongside clients to support their goals, build trust in their bodies, and develop sustainable, flexible approaches to nourishment that honor their unique needs, gifts, and experiences.

Belén earned her Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to joining Lutz & Alexander Nutrition Therapy, she worked at the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina, where she developed a strong interest in food access and food security. Belén also has experience working in an eating disorders higher level of care setting. She brings this experience into her clinical practice by recognizing the diverse circumstances that influence eating behaviors and access to food and supporting clients in navigating these challenges with resilience and dignity.

Belén is bilingual in English and Spanish. She sees clients in our Raleigh and Chapel Hill offices, as well as virtually.
