Karen Manschot, MS, RD, LDN
Raleigh Office – firstname.lastname@example.org
Karen provides nutrition therapy for children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of nutrition concerns, including disordered eating/eating disorders and sports nutrition. She is passionate about helping clients improve their relationships with food, movement, and their bodies and recognizes that nutrition is not one-size-fits-all. Karen completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics & Nutrition and Fitness & Health at Purdue University where she was a student athlete competing in distance events for the Purdue Women’s Cross Country and Track and Field teams. She earned her Master of Science degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and completed her dietetic internship at Northern Illinois University, where she also served as a volunteer assistant coach for the Women’s Cross Country and Track and Field teams. Her previous work experience includes roles in school nutrition and public health. In her most recent role, she worked as a Community Nutrition Specialist for the Durham County Department of Public Health. She utilizes motivational interviewing and a non-diet approach in her work with clients. Karen sees clients in our Raleigh office and virtually.
