Steph provides nutrition therapy for individuals navigating eating disorders and disordered eating. Her areas of focus include endometriosis, gastrointestinal health, and menstrual health concerns. She takes a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach centered on helping clients feel supported and free from shame in their care.

She earned her Master of Science in Nutrition from Buffalo State University and has a strong background in clinical nutrition, with experience across inpatient, outpatient, and pre- and post-operative care settings. Steph combines evidence-based nutrition therapy with individualized behavioral approaches to help clients improve their relationship with food, reconnect with their bodies, and create sustainable change that supports long-term health.

She integrates intuitive eating principles to support greater self-trust and flexibility around food. Steph is especially passionate about supporting individuals living with chronic women’s health conditions, particularly at the intersection of digestive, hormonal, and menstrual health. She currently sees clients virtually and will soon be seeing clients in the North Raleigh office.
